Prints and Canvases.

Delivery times will depend on our fine art printers, but we aim to dispatch prints and canvases by registered post within 7 working days of placing an order. We will contact you if there is any delay.

Cards and Jigsaws

We aim to dispatch cards and jigsaws by first class post within 3 working days of placing an order.
Our Returns Policy

Prints and canvases

We accept cancellations if you contact us by email within 4 hours of placing the order. Otherwise the order will be processed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns.

Cards and jigsaws.

We are happy to accept cancellations if you contact us by email within 4 hours of placing the order. They will then be dispatched. We are happy to accept returns. Please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery and return the items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions of return.

Buyers are responsible for return postage and packing costs. If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
